En cas de réclamation, nous vous invitons à contacter l'Equipe des Produits de Bourse en vous référant aux coordonnées énumérées ci-dessus. Dans les 10 jours ouvrés maximum à compter de la réception de votre réclamation par UniCredit Bank GmbH, vous recevrez la confirmation de sa prise en charge. Si des recherches devaient être nécessaires, vous recevrez la réponse définitive dans un délai de 2 mois maximum*. Si toutefois votre réclamation auprès de l’Equipe des Produits de Bourse ne vous a pas donné entière satisfaction, vous pouvez adresser votre réclamation au médiateur de l’AMF par courrier à l’adresse suivante : Le Médiateur de l’AMF - 17 place de la Bourse - 75082 Paris Cedex 2
